Columbia Bank is proud to announce that its 35th Annual Golf Classic has raised $100,000 to benefit a Newark economic developmental agency, Invest Newark. Invest Newark’s mission is to propel the city’s strong economy, build diverse communities and create opportunities for Newarkers, focusing on advancing economic prosperity for all.

Cross River Bank on Tuesday said it is proud to celebrate National Scholarship Month by announcing its significant 2023 contributions to various educational organizations and scholarship programs. Through its philanthropic arm, Foundation@, Cross River has donated a total of $740,000 in scholarships, ranging from youth education to university programs, across both the U.S. and Israel.

The Provident Bank Foundation recently announced its Major Grant recipients for its second cycle of 2023. The foundation awarded $410,000 in total to 35 nonprofit organizations within the foundation’s three priority funding areas: Community Enrichment, Education and Health, and Youth and Families.

Manasquan Bank proudly announced the successful completion of its Third Annual Days of Giving donation program. The event witnessed a substantial amount of support from the bank’s patrons across Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean counties, which helped raise over $10,000 for 10 nonprofit organizations. This year is the Bank’s 10th annual Community Day, and to mark this milestone, Manasquan Bank’s Charitable Foundation decided to donate to 10 individual organizations as a gesture of its unwavering commitment to support the community.

Citizens Bank, as part of a continuing effort to build its presence in New Jersey is making an additional $700,000 commitment to New Jersey workforce development nonprofits.

Citizens Chair and CEO Bruce Van Saun said the bank is hoping to help upskill and reskill New Jersey workers to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the state’s economy.
